No one should have to suffer, but everybody should know

The pain that we all go through, helps us all to grow

We can't go around it, but we shouldn't get stuck in the middle

But so many of us get confused, on how to solve life's riddle

Everybody holds the key, to open up that door

Walk beyond that barrier, and learn to be much more

Learn to release the pain, that you hold inside

Don't let all those feelings, get caught in a riptide

There's a part of you, that expresses it all

Inner feelings, beyond your human wall

Spirits calling out, letting you know they're here

To guide and help you, through your deepest fear

Learn to trust your instincts, follow with your soul

Be aware of the Pure Spirit, and then you will know

Time will be a healer, but don't wait too long

Sing along with others, inspire your life's song

Learn to walk freely, giving others their space

For each of us individually, walk this human race

No one should judge others, not with what we've been through

Separately or together, we learn what in life is true

Learning about life is what makes our spirit grow.

When you tap into your Pure Spirit, you can conquer

anything that comes your way.
