Be careful where you go, be careful what you do
For there is something out there, known as the Bugaboo
Ugly and so scary, hiding behind your door
Maybe inside the closet, or crawling on the floor
Could be hiding, underneath your bed
Or waiting outside, by the tool shed
Down some dark alley, waiting just for you
To play upon your darkest fears, it is the Bugaboo
Creeping in the bathroom, for you to take a pee
To scare you half to death, and bring you to your knee
Or maybe when you're eating, it'll sneak up behind
And try to drive you crazy, by messing with your mind
You'll find reality fading, as you go cuckoo
As you're taken in, by the Bugaboo
So watch your step, lightly on your tippy toes
Hiding in the shadows, where everybody goes
You can lock your doors, but it's no big deal
It can come through any crevice, or through any seal
My advice to you, is to not let fear get the best of you
Or you'll surely be a victim, of The Bugaboo
