Their Gift

There isn't a greater gift

Than to give another soul a lift

Up far off the ground, in the air

Let them know what you see, and that you care

Sometimes we forget, what our good qualities are

And we need someone to look at them from afar

Someone who can see and feel it inside

Someone who knows how hard we tried

They know our faults, but to them are blind

Someone who touches the soul and the mind

Someone we know is always there

So we can spend time and we can share

This person knows just the right words to say

The right time too, to make your day

They know very well, how to use their gift

To reach out, and give your soul a lift
