I came upon an Angel, dressed in a disguise

To help me on my journey, to where the future lies

They come in many shapes, and almost any size

Their messages are filled with love, when they meet your eyes

I came upon an Angel, dressed in a disguise

Who touched me very deeply, which came as no surprise

And from what they showed me, and what I couldn't see

Amazing revelations, of what will come to be

I came upon an Angel, dressed in a disguise

And as I moved closer, I felt my spirit rise

I was lifted, so high above the ground

A fluttering of wings, but there was not a sound

I came upon an Angel, dressed in a disguise

A glimmer and a sparkle, with seen within its eyes

I felt myself washed over, in an everlasting glow

That surrounded my essence, just so I would know

I came upon an Angel, dressed in a disguise

The sun shined brighter, and bluer were the skies

Like a beacon, sent down from above

To spread the meaning, of the word called Love
