Don't Call Us

Don't Call Us

by Bud Lemire on Aug 20, 2003

Solicitors keep ringing me at home

Why don't they, just leave me alone

Trying to sell me, something I don't need

Wondering where, this conversation will lead

Blabber on, right into my ear

I'm not listening, so I don't hear

You act like a friend, but I don't know you

How long will it take, before our chat is through

Now you talk, as if you have a deal for me

Why don't you just be quiet, and let me be

I guess it's time for me to say

I don't want any, so just go away

Sorry we're not interested, in anything at all

In fact I feel my time, was wasted on this call

I don't want to listen, I have better things to do

Than to spend my time, listening to you
