Do you feel, you're on an Emotional Roller Coaster

Sadness to happiness, popping up like a toaster

What makes a person, change emotions so quick

Some might say that, they're mentally sick

Super sensitive, is what I say

For you see, I am the same way

When the energies we feel

Are so very much real

They flow in and out

Leaving so much doubt

Do we feel what we don't understand

Will it be a soft place when we land

Let it pass through, but don't take it too hard

Cry out and release the pain, and play another card

Get off that Roller Coaster, and get on another ride

And calm all the feelings, that you're feeling inside
