Age is just a number that our bodies use for time

It doesn't stop the love I feel when your heart beats with mine

I don't need a younger love to make me feel complete

I feel so alive in youth when our spirits meet

If you think your age is scaring me away

I feel our love is growing stronger every day

Now that we found each other, I won't ever let you go

You can't get rid of me, I'm connected to your soul

You sit there chasing things that don't make any sense

While I nod my head in confusion as I sit on the fence

Those things you chase are distractions that cause pain

Center on the love we share, visualize it with your brain

We give our all to each other, focus on what's true

I'm dedicated to all the love, that I feel for you

You see and should know, I will never stray

I look forward to your presence, every day

All those insecurities take away our time

I want only you to be the love of mine

I want to read to you, and have you in that special place

I want to know that you're wearing that smiling face

I want all the negative feelings to be set free

I only want the positive when it comes to me

Nobody can ever take your place my love

It's ageless and forever, with guidance from above

It's not about age at all. To me you are like a child,

just like me. Wanting to explore more and enjoy more.
