They took her away
There was nothing we can do or say
They had control over where she went
Far away is where she was sent
She was a very special soul
Yet her mind just wasn’t whole
She was caring, good, and kind
But the disease affected her mind
Why some children are selfish, I’ll never know
Only thinking of themselves, and having more dough
Their Mother raised them to be good and kind
Makes me wonder, maybe it’s them that’s losing their mind
From her home here, they took her far away
To a place she doesn’t know, where’ll she have to stay
We may never see her again, they excluded her friends here
If they did the right thing, they would have kept her near
Her sister never even got a chance to say goodbye
Cleaning up her apartment, she took the time to cry
Not sure why this happened, but it just isn’t right
Morally these values, aren’t seen within the light
I hope a lesson will be learned, somewhere and someday
If perhaps in life you find, someone’s been taken away
This world is getting so money hungry. Everybody wants money. When did money win over doing the right thing morally take second place. The one who took care of you all your life and loved you, should be honored and given the very best of care until their life here is done. This is for you Lois, may the spirits that guide you…keep you safe until you reach the end of your journey here on earth.
