Through the years, the times and people change

No one stays around, and at first it may seem strange

How will the new director be, will he be okay

Changes can happen anytime, on any given day

A new staff is being added to the crew

And you wonder, how will it effect you

Will they be too harsh, or will they be kind

I can say with passing time, I am content within my mind

Dave has an understanding of people, and does his very best

His expertise keeps you comfortable, living in your nest

Rob is ready and willing to help anyone, that's his job

So thank you for all your assistanace, Rob

Mark was promoted, did he bite off more than he could chew?

No way! He's been doing great, and has the best crew

Tom and Shawn always makes us feel at ease

With them on the job, life is a breeze

Sure there are rules, but if you follow them well

Saves yourself from going through hell

The staff also has rules they must follow too

So don't think that they're picking on you

If you're walking by the office, and see Rob and Dave

Acknowledge and appreciate them with a wave

If you see Mark, Tom, & Shawn, give them a warm hello

Because having a great staff, is so good to know

I thought it was time to appreciate the great staff we have

here at The Harbor Tower. Dave, Rob, Mark, Tom, & Shawn.

They've done great work at keeping this place running well.

We wouldn't have such a wonderful home without their help.
