Out Of The Blue (Final Part)

Out Of The Blue (Final Part)

by Bud Lemire on Feb 24, 2003

He told the couple, they may think it is bizarre

But he traveled to their door in time, not by distance far

And he needed the Wizards, to help to send him there

The only words he got from them, was only to BEWARE

They drove him, to the requested place

Wondering if again, they'd ever see his face

Appearing at the front door, was a man in a long cloak

And he disappeared before him, in a great big puff of smoke

The door before him opened slowly, and he walked on through

And to his amazement, he was taken in by the view

He wasn't sure if he was outside, or if he was back in

It was so full of life here, that it made his head spin

Flowers and grass, and all of life, it grew everywhere

Butterflies and birds and more, all were in the air

Animals of every shape and size, all came into sight

A peaceful feeling came over him, all would be alright

The cloaked man, appeared in front of him again

And smiled and said, that he could call him friend

"I know what you want, and I'll help you return to your farm"

"I didn't mean for this to happen, hope it didn't cause you harm"

The kindly gentle farmer, smiled and said that it was okay

He said it sure didn't feel like forty years, but more like one day

In a puff of smoke, back to the past, the farm came into view

And the Wizard of the future, disappeared Out Of The Blue
