Though our time apart is so very long

I want you to be happy, so try to be strong

I know many things have changed, in the way we think

But I’m here now, and so is our link

Remember when life takes us away

You’re in my thoughts, and when I pray

You’re in my dreams, that I have every night

In a life that’s gone dim, you are my light

I never stopped thinking of you, wherever I went

And wondered how your time, was being spent

I thought I’d meet you, some time, some day

But you stayed in my thoughts, so that was okay

I’m back in the area, that I use to be

It seems in this life, this is my destiny

You’ve taken center stage, in all of my dreams

And given me hope, in all that life seems

You are wanted and needed, by those who you love

I embrace your spirit, with all I know of

Look deep in your heart, feel it in your soul

Love is all around us, it’s something you know
