Have you received an ADC recently

One you could hear, feel, or possibly see

A relative or friend, sending a message to you

A guiding hand on your shoulder, to help you through

ADCs come to us in so many ways

They're shown to us, through every day

But sometimes we miss what is there

When our senses aren't completely aware

Is that a draft moving my hair

Or is it some spirit nearby my chair

Did the TV go off and on again

Is it a message from a deceased friend

Many who walk this Earthly plane

Haven't a clue within their brain

That those who pass, are in the next stage

And we can feel them, if we turn the page

Deep thoughts like prayers, keep them nearby

They know our pain, and when we cry

They want us to be strong and to try

For life goes on, even after we die

They come through, in an ADC

To let us know, how the after-life will be
