An Angel
shines atop the tree
At Christmas
time she brings to me
A message
that is loud and clear
A song of
hope for all to hear
When
Christmas season has got you down
You try to
smile but wear a frown
Then upon
your heart place your hand
Feel all the
love across the land
The gifts
received and the gifts given
Treasured
moments in the land of the living
It's not the
presents wrapped under the tree
But the love
you share when it's flowing free
It's the
gathering of family and friends
The Christmas
cards and the news it sends
It's the love
we feel when we touch
Other people
that we love very much
It's what we
feel when carolers sing
And the
spotlight falls on the Angel's Wing
