Anna Belle

Anna Belle

by Bud Lemire on April 24, 2003.

Oooh oooh oooh, Anna Belle

What a story, your life could tell

Born to a woman, by the name of Louise

Loves just about every kind of cheese

Anna Belle who married, a German named Ray

My Mother-In-Law, tell me what can I say

Sitting in your green chair, with a good book to read

Turning the dirt over, and planting the seed

Annie Foxglove, the computer name fits you fine

In the garden of flowers, with the Heavenly divine

Water your plants well, and watch them grow

Share with your family, the love that you know

Playing Tumblebees, has you looking for words

On top of the garage, there's so many birds

A caregiver, who gives from the heart

And appreciates well, the Victorian art

This is the time, and I had to say

Wishing you the best, of a Happy Birthday

Oooh oooh oooh, Anna Belle

What a story, your life could tell

This poem is about my Mother in Law
