Don't get old and die before you live

Get out there with all you got and give

Enjoy every moment, live every day

Don't let the rocks on the road, get in your way

Keep reaching for the stars, as far away as it may seem

Don't give up in life, keep following your dream

Breathe in the air, smell the scent everywhere

There are many places to be, let it take you there

Take time for the little things, for that is where you'll find

Memories you'll think back on, wandering through your mind

Appreciate everyone who passes by you, and those who stop and talk

You'll meet many on your journey, as you walk the walk

Life will speed up, and you will slow down

You can make it better, smile and let go of the frown

Get out there, and give it all you got

The ball is in your hands, give it your best shot

Experience it all, see all you want to see

It's everyone's future, be all that you can be

Live your life, with every passion and pleasure

All things you'll know, are the things you'll treasure

Life is to experience all that you can, in the time you

live. Not everyone is going to have the same journey

in life, and we will each experience life differently.

For who we are, we must enjoy each moment, and

treasure it, because it will slip through our fingers.

Before you know it, we'll be looking back and we will

wonder whatever happened to the days we knew then.

Make sure you do everything while you can, so there

won't have to be any “I should haves” in your

life.

I feel sorry for stupidity, and people doing things they shouldn't

I'm happy that I am wiser, of those things that I know I wouldn't

It can seriously affect your Central Nervous System, and do great damage there

Your breathing will be faster, it'll be harder for you to breathe the air

Your body will get hot at times, you won't even want to eat

You'll think you have more energy, but you become incomplete

“Meth Mouth” is because it rots your teeth away

It's so addictive, you'll crave it every day

You'll push your body too hard, and way too fast

You'll feel exhausted, when the Meth doesn't last

You'll sleep for a long time, when it wears out

Your skin will itch, you'll have sores all about

Your heart will beat faster, as the days go by

Irregular heartbeats isn't normal, you might even die

I could say “It's their body to do with what they will”

The truth of the matter is, loss of life bothers me still

Everyone should know better, yet they don't seem to care

I wanted you to know all this, so you would be aware

If you know anyone you care for, and you see the signs above

Get them help as fast as you can, for that's a sign of love

Meth (methamphetamine) is a killer, and can do a lot of damage

to someone using it. If anyone you know, is acting a bit stranger

than usual, and you have reason to suspect they could be a user

of some kind or another, Meth or something else. If you care for

them enough, and even if you don't, it is your responsibility to get

them the help they need. People tend to be pushed down the wrong

trail in life, by so called friends, and need someone who truly cares

to bring them back to normality. It won't be easy, but it can be done.

Before it's too late, do it.
