A Better
Place

As
time passes by and people pass on
We
must let go of the worries that we dwell upon
We
must remember them as they once were
And
move on as they'd want us to endure
Even
though thoughts of them bring only pain
Think
of all from them that we did gain
Love
they shared within their life span
The
comfort they gave when we needed a hand
Grieve
not for them, it is you who are sad
They've
moved on to a better place, which isn't bad
And
their spirit lives on within us all
Memories
to hold us up should we fall
Sending
them a prayer, of pain you must set free
Hoping
your message gets to where they will be
I
will go on with my life as I must do
Knowing
the bond we hold is ever so true
Your
spiritual guidance with me every day
Into
tomorrow, the future's going to be okay
