Where's your smile, this Holiday season

Even when it's not, do you need a reason

When I go shopping, and walk in a store

I expect a pleasant clerk, and so much more

Don't look like a Zombie, without an expression on your face

How would you feel if you were in the customer's place

Be courteous and kind and they will return

A good personality is something you need to learn

Remember, the customer is always right

This key factor puts you in a better light

The way that you act, are the customers who show

Bringing in more customers will help your business grow

If you decide to wear a Zombie face or frown

It will only bring your business down

Being like a Zombie, will scare them away

You need to be better, if they're going to stay

The treatment of customers is what any business is all about

Kindness and smiles will bring them back without a doubt

Treating customers better is being a good clerk

It's your job to be, so don't be a jerk

When I walk into a store, a smile and kind words always

make my shopping experience better. When they say “can

I help you” and wear a smile, it shows their interest. When

they do their best to make sure the customer is satisfied,

they'll want to come back because they know you are

doing your best. But when you wear a Zombie face without

emotion, and are not courteous, their experience in your store

is a dead experience. Show your customers that you want them

to have the best in what you have to offer in your store. A happy

customer is one who will keep coming back. You'd be surprised

at what a smile can do.
