Bridging
The Gap
by Bud Lemire on Sept 27,
2006
There’s a
bridge, from my soul to yours
Bypassing the
many distant shores
Bright city
lights, guides the spirits here
Enhancing the
feelings, when your spirit is near
We stand in
the middle, between the present and past
While the
spirits that guide us, are bridging the gap
A beautiful
woman, of Native American origin
Appears by
our side, let the bridging begin
She says,
“the past, will be presently known”
A vision of
an old camp site is shown
On the side
of a cliff, she beckons to you
But you’ll
return later, when your day’s almost through
‘The man by
your side, is the one that I love”
“I’ve
journeyed many lifetimes, in search of”
“It was
“ill fate” that happened to me
“Between
two men, outrageous jealousy”
‘I took a
vow, of my love to you”
“So I’m
here in spirit, to get you through”
“I’ve
tried to get your attention, but you didn’t feel”
“Open up to
sensations, you’ll know what is real”
All of a
sudden he felt a tingling sensation
All through
his body, was a warm love sensation
“My vow of
love to you, has me traveling from the past”
‘To guide
you now, so I’m Bridging The Gap”
