Got to know you while we were playing dice

I thought you were special, someone who's nice

Enjoyed conversations I've had with you

Always on the level based on everything true

You shared your experiences, your life's journey

I even worked on your family tree

We become who we are depending on where we're from

Life isn't always easy, and especially harder for some

Our intuition tells us we must go with a feel

Yet sometimes the past makes it difficult to heal

Memories of something that was said or done

Prevents us from enjoying the present day fun

We also learn that strength comes from inside

And it's something we should never try to hide

Angels guide us, wherever we go

Is something that everyone should know

Christine, I'm happy to call you my friend

I'm grateful for the time that we spend

With womens like you, the world can be

A much better place for you and for me

Christine, I know you don't like to be the center of attention.

But this is once I wanted to thank you for your friendship.

I really think you are special and want you to know that.

I also want to wish you the best in wherever life leads you to.
