For a Nice Gal I know, there’s a place in my heart

Our hearts and souls have touched, we now depart

Although very distant, our friendship will remain

To know it was love, that brought on this pain

A lesson learned, a lesson shared

Two special people, for each other cared

An online love, was not a crime

A situation that was lost in time

No, it was great, in heart and mind

Our love was wonderful, our love was kind

We shared our lives, we shared our laughter

We shared our views, on all that came after

It was an open love, and still we fell

We went through heaven, and then through hell

But what is life, without a lesson learned

You must be near the fire, to get burned

Take a chance, try a Fuzzy Navel or Sex On The Beach

Always remember to learn what life has to teach

We each must learn, in our own way

And to feel the hurting pain is okay

To be touched by her love, right from the start

I wrote this in 1999, when Wanda and I were very close. She was engaged to be married to someone else. The marriage was a disaster! In the year 2002, she got in touch with me again. We got married on November 8th 2002. Now we shall always be together. Sometimes life is like that, sometimes the paths lead to the same place. Now we will always be together.

In 2004, she said she didn't love me, and I returned to Upper Michigan. Nov 10, 2011, we were divorced.
