Class
Reunion

Another Class
Reunion, where did everyone go
So far from
the place, that we use to know
Time
scattered some, to a distant time and place
Others stayed
around their hometown, with a future they would face
From a child
to an adult, the journey took you away
On another
path, where you'd learn new games to play
You'd take on
a new role, and raise a family
Take on a new
job, to determine who you'd be
Some would
lose their hair, or it might turn gray
Or gain or
lose weight, and look that way today
Some may
become famous, or just known around town
Or have a
serious role, or maybe play a clown
The years
that pass, are lessons learned for all
An
educational trip after school, when we hear the call
To follow
what we know, and know just what we seek
Always to
think carefully, before the words we speak
Another Class
Reunion, I wonder who'll be there
I look
forward to life's story, each of us can share
I wrote this one 10 years before I even went to a Class Reunion. Just thinking about it.
