You've unleashed my spirit, and set my soul free

So much I had hidden, so much kept inside

But it was more to myself, that I had lied

For you were in my thoughts, more than I could say

In my dreams and fantasies, almost every day

Whenever I could, I would get in touch

I've always loved you, I just didn't know how much

You brought it out, and I know it's true

That buried inside of me, I always loved you

It was the pain that you caused so long ago

That caused me to bury it deep within my soul

It took your spiritual touch, and all of your love

To look inside, pull it out, and give me a shove

Once it was out, I knew what was true
