Jimbo

Jimbo

by Bud Lemire on Dec 15, 2004

You're the engineer on life's train

Carrying a cargo, of selfless pain

You give your friendship so easily

A heart that cares, is what I see

Blow your whistle, going down the track

You have many friends to watch your back

A gentle man with a sincere heart

Kindness seems to be your art

Doesn't want an enemy

Wouldn't ever be unfriendly

Jimbo, you're a special man

Choo-Choo! I think you can

You can do anything, just give it some time

I'll do my best to help you, special friend of mine

Shaking hands, with a heart on your sleeve

Whittle a whistle, in you I believe

Never stop being, the man we all know

Wherever your train of life will go

A gentle giant, you have a special soul

It's touched mine, that's how I know

For a good friend I met here at the Tower, Jim Newhouse.

Thank you Jim, for being a wonderful friend.
