I'm taking a
journey to the future
that rises
from the past
She doesn't
love me
it's now part
of my past
I must be
strong and carry on
and do my
very best
As I look
upon
the road I am
traveling
Using my
courage I will be strong
Doing right
and never wrong
I am not
perfection
But try my
best selection
The bus trip
will be long
But I'll hear
your every song
To carry me
on through
because I so

A beautiful
human being

in my heart
It'll play a
special part
Back to where
I began
I return now
as a man
Life goes on
another road
Carrying my
