Soul's Eyes

So many, hide behind a disguise

We must see beyond, with our Soul's Eyes

To know what is there, before us

What it can be, that we can trust

We must dig deep

For the truth to keep

Let the lies fall away

To reveal the real play

As we intermingle, on the Net

We can't let it be, our heart's outlet

We shouldn't let the words, control our mood

Leaving us defenseless, as though we are nude

We must be alert, we must be aware

When others decide, what they will share

Know when to give, and when to be still

Know how it is, to use your free will

Some people only travel, through life as a game

But to me, it's not quite the same

I'm here to share, the truth of what I know

With others, as I touch, as we both grow

And as I travel, through my Soul's Eyes

I'll see the truth, through their disguise

Sometimes feeling beyond the words that are lies,

helps to see beyond the disguise
