Voices
In Her Head
by Bud Lemire on Sept 13,
2006
They say
she’s lost her mind
Nothing at
all could they find
She heard
voices in her head
But not of
those long dead
I hate to see
her this way
She’s only
fifteen to this day
It’s so
hard to watch her like this
Who she use
to be, is what I miss
She’s my
little girl, and always will be
And she means
the world to me
Never knowing
how she’ll react
When her
brainwaves are off track
Chemicals of
the mind gone bad
Emotionally
haywire, which is so sad
I wish there
was something I could do
I wish
somehow someone knew
It can cause
so much stress
At times it’s
hard to rest
I love my
little girl so very much
And I ask for
God’s guidance and his touch
To help her
through wherever her soul may be
Into the
light, so her spirit can be free
