Before You Pass Away

There’s some things to do, before you pass away
If you want something done, get it done today
Should something be left to someone, get it in writing
Otherwise your belongings, will cause a lot of fighting
 
Be sure everything is done, the way you want it to
Remember your memorial, they should do this for you
There’s so much you can do, before your time is through
To prevent fighting family members, all because of you
 
If there’s something that you left unsaid
Be sure to get that done before you’re gone and dead
The voice is much better, but written will be fine
Just so after your passing, you leave nothing unfinished behind
 
Life is too short, so wrap it up before you go
Take time to show appreciation to those that you know
I know death is not what we want to be thinking of
But it’ll be so much better, if we pass with love
 
Remember to arrange for all you want it to be
Take time to sort it all out, and it will set you free
It’s always better to get it done today
Those unfinished things, Before You Pass Away

 
Write out that Will, tell someone how much they mean to you, prepare for that Funeral and Wake. Make sure your kids know how you wish to have your celebration into the next world and your farewell to this world. Your final request should be met, and they should do that for you, after all you did for them. Do it with Love.
