Springtime Cheer

Springtime Cheer

by Bud Lemire on March 25, 2006

Time is the Spring

Hear the robins sing

The snow's almost all melted away

And longer is the light of day

The return of the Canadian Goose

At the Golf course, they're on the loose

Feel it everywhere

Spring is in the air

Spring's a good sign for every Yooper

Warmer weather is coming, and it's super

The trees get their leaves back

And we have a Spring Fever attack

The white and yellow is replaced by the green

While colorful flowers add to the scene

Bicycle riders prepare for the journey to ride

Hibernaters come out to enjoy the outside

A garden planted, a seed is put in

A new season to grow, a new chapter begins

Cherish the beauty this time of year

Take in the pleasure of some Springtime Cheer
