Urine

Urine

by Bud Lemire in 2002

Urine Flowing freely, from the urinary tract

Once it comes out, you can not take it back

To hold it in too long, is beyond belief

For we all want to let go, and have some relief

From our kidney, it passes into our bladder

Into the toilet it falls, with a splitter splatter

Golden in color, and warm to the touch

A miracle in life, and should be taken as such

It starts out, as the liquids that we drink

And comes out, sometimes causing such a stink

Our bodies purify it, then it comes out

Just like lemonade, coming from a spout

Urine is quite amazing, if you stop to think

The more comes, with the more you drink

And it cleans out our system, and it’s healthy too

To release this bodily fluid, that is passing through

What else can I say about it, that hasn’t been said

If we didn’t have this release, we would all be dead

So when you have that sensation, and it does begin

There’s nothing quite as pleasing, as the release of Urine
