You Just Don't Know

You Just Don't Know

@2002 by Bud Lemire

You just don't know, what you do to me

You just don't know, how I want it to be

I think of you throughout the day, and the nighttime too

You just don't know, all the things I would do for you

I'd cook and clean and take you wherever you wanted to go

And make you very happy, otr, you really just don't know

I want to see you happy, all your lifetime through

And give you all the love, I know is right for you

We've both been down roads, that have lead to nowhere

Now I want a love so good, one that we can share

Decisions are never easy, but I will give you my all

And I will always be there for you, whenever you may call

You just don't know, how much you mean to me

Open up your heart and soul, then maybe you will see

It's a place within me, that I've never been to before

Once it has been opened, it's hard to shut that door

It's made me realize how much that I feel for you

And I have a strong feeling that our love is oh so true

You just don't know, what you mean to me

Look within your heart and soul, for all that's meant to be

This one was written with Wanda in mind. She use to say

You Just Don't Know” and so that verse gave me a start

to this poem.
