Seattle Rendezvous

What a wonderful day, to spend it with you

Taking a trip, on a Seattle Rendezvous

With a sandwich for lunch, as we ate on the way

And the sun shining down, on such a beautiful day

A car ride through the city, finding out where to park it

And browsing through the shops, of the Pikes Place Market

Across the street to a store, with many shirts galore

Dolphin shirts that were matching, and so much more

A walk by the water, to see what was there

A ride on a carousel, one we could share

A dinner with you, at Red Robin with Puget Sound nearby

Spending each special moment, as the time sure did fly

Taking a trip across the water, aboard the Ferry

It was such a great time, and it wasn't scary

To see Seattle lit up, with all of its light

As the Ferry rolled along, into the night

Arriving at Bremerton, and then to ride away

Made an especially good ending, to a wonderful day

I will always remember, each special moment with you

And our first trip together, on the Seattle Rendezvous

Oh yes, I remember. And those matching purple shirts

with dolphins on them. We changed into them before

we went to eat at the Red Robin. First time eating at

one of those places and it was good food. And the

carousel, was an enjoyable ride. But seeing Seattle

all lit up as the Ferry pulled away. Now I wish I would

have had the camera that I have today. It would have

been a great shot.
