She
Walks With Us

She'll walk
with me in my Walk Of Life
She even
promises me I'll have a wife
For she walks
with her, and guides her well
And in
spiritual words, has so much to tell
In Sturgis,
we'll meet on mutual ground
A place for
the whole family to come around
Our love will
be blessed by a love so true
Rewarded by a
union that we both knew
Her spiritual
presence will be felt by those who know
The closeness
and the bond of the human soul
I can almost
imagine her smiling face
As two souls
unite at the ceremonial place
She'll walk
with us through our journey ahead
Giving us
strength, on the shaky ground that we tread
The pain from
the past will be conquered right here
Calmness will
remain, truth overcoming fear
She walks
with us now, as she'll walk with us then
She'll keep
walking with us until we're together again
But you see,
I write these words in the future tense
For the
spirits have spoken, and it all makes sense
That's what Cyndi told
me. Of course it didn't happen.
Maybe somewhere in the
stream of time, our paths
took us in a different
direction.
